Mouth related problems

hi,
just wondering if there's any clinics where I can have a cold sore (on my inner lip) be checked up? It has been w/ me for a year now and it doesn't even hurt anymore. It's very irritating already and I want to have it removed immediately.

Pls. advice any affordable clinics for such.
