Usually the online fares are as good as it gets for CX tickets - with many travel agents they add 3% if you use a credit card but if you buy online they dont add the 3%. And you can book your seat, special meals etc... if you buy online adding to the convenience:

We use www.zuji.com and it appears to have the cheapest online fares.
