electric shaver

i like and only use "norelco" electric shavers. but i have not seen any norelco shavers. i have seen "phillips" shavers and they look just like norelco's. when i search walmarts website for norelco shavers they are labelled "phillips nnorelco".

so are they the same tool produced by the same company? if so, is it just a matter of "different marketing and/or labelling strategies for different countries?
