Tianhua GX-1C laptop for China's educational market

Hi a friend is interested in obtaining the Tianhua GX-1C laptop, which was created for China's educational market. (ie...this is China's answer to the "US$100 laptop". Has anyone ever seen these for sale in Hong Kong and if so WHERE? Or if someone could provide me with the address/details of some place in Shenzhen that I could buy this laptop...would greatly appreciate it. THANKS!
