Downloading to mobile.

Does anyone know how to download software to a mobile?

Have found the software online but can't get it on to my phone.

It depends on your phone. Go to your manufacturer's website, look up your phone model and see if the phone has infrared, bluetooth, serial or usb connectivity. Read up on what the manufacturer offers, and go from there. If you have a no-name phone, or the cheapest available, it may well be impossible.
