Fast FTP server required

I am desperately looking for a fast FTP server to download & upload large design between Europe & Hong Kong.

Can anybody recommend reliable HK companies able to sell this service?

Are you sure you know what you want?
An FTP server is a piece of software, you can try filezilla ftp server (it's free).
However, i suppose you really need an Internet connection with a fast upload speed, most residential services are capped at <100 k/second, which is not good for commercial use.
Most of the business internet accounts will have much more generous upload speeds, something in the range of 1000 k/sec is much more reasonable.

Call PCCW Broadband, ask them :
- How much
- Upload Speed in k/sec (more than 500k/sec is the minimum i recommend
- Monthly limits
