I don't think Media Player has a converter.

If you have burning software on your PC, it may have a converter. If not, do a google search on MP3 converters and you'll find all kinds as well as reviews/comparisons.

Windows Media Player has converter but it convert to WAV file for convert to Mp3 the best can use JetAudio

What you need is a CD ripper - Google it and you'll find plenty to choose from. Get one that can access CDDB and it'll automatically pick up the track names from the Internet. Sorry I don't rememeber the one I used before.
