Hello, I am looking for a trainer to help me attain my strength and mass building goals. I have been at it for a year now and have made good gains but am at a plateau. I need some actual intelligent advice based on experience to help me go farther now. I am looking for a trainer who has gone down this road before himself so you're gonna be big or I won't believe you. I need advice on supplements, diet and workout programs. I don't need someone to stand there and count reps, and I don't want you in the gym with me. I can follow instructions on my own.
This is like maybe 2 hours a month, max, and not trying to sell me anything else. We can sit down at any starbucks and we can outline plans and assess progress.

Bodybuilding is one of the most unhealthy sport I have ever come across. If you want to train drug free, there is no secret. There are very limited ways for the natural bodybuilder to gain mass.
I have lifted weights for over thirty years and I have trained quite a number of people in different sports in the last 15. Talk to me and if I cannot persuade you to put your time to better use, then I can point you in the right direction in getting "huge" safely and quickly. Most natural guys find it too much hard work and don't fit in their fantasy world about what bodybuilding really is and they fail to stick at system long term. I charged about HK1,000 an hour for a few people I trained in the last 2 years but that's less than what I charged in England. I don't charge now as I don't think people here can tell the difference between a real coach and ponytailed idiot with a PT cert. Anyway, I am happy to chat. Drop me a line mate.
