Hi, was planning to shift from UHT milk to milk powder for myself (30 years old). Is it advisable and which one could u recommend. Also is it ok to make curd and paneer from the same. Thanks!
Basically there is no significant difference of the natural nutrient contents between UHT milk and milk powder. Nevetheless, it should be noted that many brands of milk powders are fortified with calcium, iron, magnesium, vit. K or folate, etc. Some people may require to control the intake of these micronutrients, particularly if on supplementation or having certain medical restraints.
